The standard approach—the one nearly everyone takes—is to slap a logo on some off-the-shelf hat that already exists. The world's landfills are full of hats that are made like this. We reject that outright. That's not how you build gear that lasts.

• Hat Sizing: 7 1/4 smallest size and adjustable up to 7 5/8. Same fit as the Performance Tac Hat (57.5cm).
• The top button: we removed it because it serves no purpose and it hurts when you wear Peltors or other hearing protection.
